Strategic Partnership Agreement
The Lost Creek MUD and the City of Austin have negotiated a Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) that would delay annexation of Lost Creek for seven years.
The details of this agreement and associated documents are provided below. Residents of Lost Creek should receive notice of this agreement via postal mail this week.
