General Manager
Lost Creek is operated by a professional staff that operates the District and manages the District's annual operating budget and implements direction from the Board of Directors. Tom Clark serves as the General Manager of Lost Creek MUD. Tom has over 36 years of experience in utilities management and served in the US Army during the Vietnam conflict as a Tank Commander. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Class 'A' water and wastewater certificates from the State of Texas.
